What We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form or email us, we receive what you send. That’s usually:

Your name
Your phone number and email address
Your property address, town, or ZIP code
The service you’re asking about and anything you write in the message, such as a radon test result or a closing date

We don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t send us, payment card numbers or Social Security numbers through the website.

Information our web host records. Like almost every website, the company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs when a page is requested. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. They are used to keep the site running and secure. We don’t use them to identify you or to follow you around the web.

What we don’t collect. We don’t use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recordings, or fingerprinting. We don’t buy information about you from anyone.

How We Use Your Information

To answer your question and set up your estimate
To schedule, perform, and follow up on radon testing, mitigation, or repair work
To send you your test results, estimates, and invoices
To keep ordinary business records, and to meet any legal or tax requirements

We don’t sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We don’t share it with other companies for their marketing, and we don’t pass your request along to other radon contractors.

We share information only when we have to:

Service providers who help us run the business, such as the form service that delivers website messages to us, our email provider, and our web host. They handle your information only to provide that service to us.
When the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order.
If the business is sold or transferred, your records would go with it, and this policy would still apply to them.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your contact details and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, back up the work we did on your home, and meet tax and business record rules. If you only sent a question and we never did any work, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Correct anything that’s wrong
Ask us to delete your information, except records we have to keep by law
Tell us to stop contacting you

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send anything through the site that you’d consider highly sensitive.

Children

This website is for adult homeowners and property owners. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Links to Other Sites

This site links to outside sources such as the U.S. EPA and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If we ever add cookies or analytics to the site, we’ll update this policy and the cookie policy before we do.
